What over the counter cream works best for eczema on the palms?

My sons dermatologist recommends Cetaphil for his eczema.|||try noxema...i never had eczema but that is where the product got its name...%26quot;no- eczema%26quot;|||Aveeno with oatmeal -- it soothes and helps absorb moisture.|||I don%26#039;t have eczema, but I have a similar condition (genetic) and have been using Bath and Body Works%26#039; Lay it on Thick for 2 years. It works great for me.|||palms go through a lot of abuse during the day, so I suggest at bedtime, mix Vasaline and water together and apply generously then wear a cotton glove to keep it on your hands. You can also add coconut oil which works very well.
