only thing that works for me|||you need a dermatologist|||i have it also i use a simple moisturiser such as Vaseline dermacare and no scratching|||my doctor prescribed eumavate (spelling?) which helped and i have also bought aqueous (agains spelling?) over the counter to use as a general moisturiser which helps to stop it flaring up.
Myh doctor told me i was getting my skin too wet, (soaking in the bath etc) which didnt help. good luck|||see your doctor he will probably prescribe you some betnevate,its really good stuff.........................
