What is the best cream to use for Eczema?

Our derm office frequently recommends washing the skin with Dove for sensitive skin soap or Cetaphil cleanser, moisturizing with Cetaphil moisturizer, or Vaseline. Also, being careful to launder clothing in dye free/perfume free detergents can be helpful. OTC hydrocortisone for the itchy patches, Benadryl at night for itching. And if it is still difficult to control, consult a dermatologist for a prescription.|||I use a cortisone cream, seems to keep the red patches in check. Also use it on my son.|||Renew lotion from melaleuca!
