diabetes runs in my family. and one sign of you possibly getting diabetes is if you have a dark rough patch on the back of your neck and i actually have that. so in order for me to feel confident about wearing my hair up i bought some bleaching cream, which you can get from a walgreens, cvs, etc. so to shorten this..lol i kno i wrote kind of a lot..it minimized the appearance of the dark rough patch and it actually helped to make it smoother. any bleaching cream will do..the one that i have is in spanish (so i understand it) but i can not remember the name of it.
