Childrens eczema cream ingridients?

After trying numerous creams from the doctor on my 7 month son which didn%26#039;t work other than steroid creams I decided to try something from a chinese herbal shop.

I got some herbal tea and cream that the man said had natural ingredients in them which ive been using for a few days now that has worked a little bit on the face but not on the arms.

The cream named %26quot;children%26#039;s eczema cream%26quot; is mostly written in chinese other that the name and the ingredients which are..Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Indigo Naturalis, Nitroglycerol and Waxes.

Any know anything about these ingredients wether theyre safe of not?|||I personally would have checked whether the product / ingredients were safe to give to my child with my Doctor first.

Here is the information you wanted:

1) Radix Glycyrrhizae: liquorice

2) Radix Sophorae Flavescentis: Flavescent sophora root (comman name)

3) Indigo Naturalis: a dark blue plant-based powder

4) Nitroglycerol: A vasodilator in medicine (dilatation of the blood vessels)

5) Waxes: normally to help keep the cream in a spreadable format

If you%26#039;re still not sure, call your Doctor and ask them if it%26#039;s safe to give to your child.

KD|||I don%26#039;t know what%26#039;s in them but I would like to tell you what I put on my children%26#039;s eczema - Lancomes Nutrix it%26#039;s expensive (拢48) but worth every penny|||Our daughter (now 27) had bad eczema as a child. We tried all sorts of things. One good thing to come out of it all was Oilatum -used as a cream and as a bath oil - admittedly, it does make a bit of a mess of the bath, but it went some way towards helping her live with it. Another thing my wife and I tried was goats milk - cheese and any other goat-related things. Apparently goats milk does contain somethings which cows milk doesn%26#039;t - don%26#039;t ask me what ! Anyway, do be careful with steroid things - again, don%26#039;t know why, but DO BE CAREFUL. Hope that this is of some use to you. Goats stuff is usually stocked now by the major supermarkets. Let me know, anyway - please ! She%26#039;s now clear of eczema - one other thing was that she was allergic to eggs !|||Hi,

There is a range of skin care products designed specifically for eczema called %26#039;allergenics%26#039; for babies and adults.

Here are some comments of users of this range of products.

%26quot;My son was getting really bad eczema at the back of his knees and on his arms and it took ages for it to settle before using this ointment. It works really well and you don%26#039;t need to put loads on. Recommended%26quot;

%26quot;My skin has become very dry and sensitive since becoming pregnant and allergenics skin lotion is the only moisturiser I have found that sooths my skin and stops it itching - excellent stuff!%26quot;

%26quot;Already the dry sore skin below my eyes and on my neck is fading and feels more comfortable. I have very senstive skin and I am very wary of the normal cosmetic products.... which caused this problem in the first place!%26quot;

%26quot;My husband was given cream for a skin complaint, it only made the condition worse. As we were on holiday in Torquay %26amp; the skin was much worse I found your cream in a chemist. It started to heal the skin allmost immediately. I am more than pleased to reccommend this to anyone A Aldridge%26quot;

I have included a link to an eczema website below that should give you loads of information. I have also included the link of where to buy the allergenics products with free delivery.
