Collagen pills..creams..?

Hi, Im interested in taking collagen either in a cream or within capsules. I live in the UK %26amp; was looking at various offers. There%26#039;s 400mg %26amp; 1000mg %26amp; was wondering the best type that is%26#039;nt an imitation %26amp; is%26#039;nt above my budget. Can anyone help? Thanks!|||Collagen in both capsule or tablet form as they sell in Holland and Barrett is quite expensive. They retail for around 拢20 a bottle. H%26amp;B Hydrolysed Collagen Tablets:

You can boost your collagen production naturally by ensuring you have enough Vitamin C and taking the herbal supplement Gotu Kola.

At H%26amp;B, Gotu kola tablets (250mg) typically retail for around 拢5.49 (current price) for 100 tablets.

Another collagen boosting herb is Gingko biloba (medical extracts on PubMed are testament to that).

I think H%26amp;B also do a cream containing collagen in the arthritis supplements section of their shop, plus a supplement containing Glucosamine with collagen.

It all depends on what you are taking it for as to what you should opt for really.

Best wishes.
