]|||well, i have eczema too

and although all my creams have steroids and are out of your range, i have some things i do that help me out a bit

first of all i try to keep cool and calm so that i dont sweat

make sure that the sweat does not go to the place where your arm is all red

also if it is rele itchy it means that you are really hot, it is really hot in the area

just apply some freezing cold water onto your arm

i find that this works best because it sortof numbs your arm and you dont feel itchy, though this dries your arm, just apply cream before you sleep and the cream will reduce the dryness that also causes the itchyness|||The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. When I was a kid an old lady told my mom this and did it to me and it worked, I was in agony with really bad exzema|||I was reading about Biotin, Vit H, or B7, never heard it called this, and is supposed to be adequate in diet, but, supposedly it helps w eczema, cradle cap, scalp dermatitis, even if used as a supplement to adequate diet, online, recommended high doses, I bought 600mg at GNC for another reason...Did doc check vitamin levels/deficiency?

I can remember my mom put olive oil on my legs at night before bed and I would have to put the Eucerin Cream on multiple times a day. Give that a try it only took a few weeks and it was all gone.|||Learn the natural techniques of treating Eczema, it is safe and more effective..
