I have mild eczema on my forehead that flairs up with stress and other things. What cream can you recommend?

Its only a small patch but has been spreading down my nose, ive tried all sorts of creams and hydrocortisone is the only one that seems to work but your not supposed to use on your face so I need an alternative.
