Collagen fillers/wrinkle creams used for scars?

Do the collagen fillers/wrinkle creams (that you can buy at walmart) help get rid of acne scars? (as in deep pit like spots on the face)? If anyone has tried this and had success, let me know! and tell me what you have used. I know Loreal and Olay have a collagen filler cream, I%26#039;m just curious if it will work for this. Mine aren%26#039;t really noticeable just looking at me, but when light hits my face or when I%26#039;m in a picture (with a bright camera light) they show up! I%26#039;d like to get rid of them without paying the big bucks for procedures. thanks|||No they won%26#039;t work for acne scars. A dermatologist has treatments that can help get rid of them.
